Our Wines
Norton- A dry red wine with berry/cherry and very jammy. Goes well with wild game and red meat. 
Chardonel- A sweet white wine with floral/pineapple and citrus aromas. Good finish. Goes well with grilled chicken/smoked pork and is a dessert wine. Silver award winner in 2008 at the Indiana State Fair.  
Symphony Red- A sweet red Norton wine second pressed with floral aromas. Goes well with chocolates and cheddar cheese. 
Symphony White- The Niagra grape that is a semi-sweet white wine like a Resling or a White Zin. with a crisp finish. Goes well with roasted chicken or chops.
